Yes. Number of attempts are directly proportional to Attractive package. When you complete the CA course earlier,[i.e.in a single attempt] the package is always attractive and also having any All India Rank will takes you to the mountain.
But never worry if you were unable to complete it, because even though you start with little lower package your salary will be hiked due to your performance & experience.
