Subject: Part-time Casual Labourer (Regularisation) Scheme of CBIC- 2020- Reg.
The Board has been receiving numerous representations from casual labourers wherein they have requested for their regularisation as per Part-time Casual Labourer (Regularisation) Scheme of CBIC-2020.
2. In this regard, it is requested to sensitize the casual labourers (working under your jurisdiction) not to send their details/ representations directly to the Board for regularisation under the aforesaid scheme and that Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) is the concerned authority to forward the details of the eligible casual labourers, after careful verification of the claim, to the Board for necessary action.
