Yes. A Fuel surcharge will be imposed on Debit card transactions at fuel stations.
Fuel companies add this surcharge as a percentage of the total fuel purchase to offset increasing fuel costs. Typically, the surcharge ranges from 0.25% to 1%.

The bank owned by the Government of India is referred to as a Nationalised bank, which is also commonly called as a Public sector bank.

However, HDFC Bank is not a Nationalised Bank and it is a Private Sector Bank. The HDFC Bank was founded by Mr. Hasmukhbhai Thakordas Parekh.

SBI customers can invest in Amrit Kalash Special Fixed deposit scheme until September 30, 2024.
